Shipping
Processing Time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Delivery Times: Standard delivery within Australia generally takes 3–10 business days depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may take longer.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is finalised.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:
Change of Mind: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as drinkware and headwear (caps, beanies) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns. If the item is faulty, we’ll cover return costs.
