3. Eligibility
Our Services are intended for Australian residents aged 16 years or older. Users under 16 must have parental or guardian consent.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to:
Breach any law of the Commonwealth of Australia or any state/territory.
Share or publish unlawful, defamatory, or misleading material.
Attempt to disrupt or misuse our Services.
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without consent (unless allowed by law).
5. Donations, Merchandise & Events
Donations: Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Fundraising Compliance: Stand Up Now Australia accepts donations and conducts fundraising activities in accordance with applicable state and territory fundraising laws. Where required, fundraising activities are undertaken under the relevant licences or exemptions.
Merchandise: Our merchandise is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if products are faulty or not as described.
Events: Tickets are subject to the provider’s terms (e.g., Humantix). Refund rights are provided under the ACL.
6. Community Standards
We encourage respectful engagement. We may suspend or remove users who harass, intimidate, or misuse our forums, events, or platforms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content created by Stand Up Now Australia remains our intellectual property. You may share it for personal, educational, or advocacy purposes but not for commercial use without prior consent.
8. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., Zoom, Canva, Humantix). Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
9. Disclaimer
Our content is for educational purposes only. It does not replace legal, medical, or financial advice. Please seek professional guidance where relevant.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our Services, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law
